Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Store.esos.in! We appreciate your business and want to ensure a positive experience. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds or replacements for products printed on demand.
Products Eligible for Refunds or Replacements:
- Damaged or Defective Products: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has a poor print quality, or is different from what you ordered (wrong size, color, design), we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- Errors on Our Part: If we make a mistake with your order, such as printing an incorrect design or sending the wrong size, we will issue a full refund or replace the product free of charge.
- Courier Returns: If the courier company is unable to deliver the order due to reasons like undelivered, COD amount not ready, customer not contactable, incomplete address, customer refused delivery, poor weather conditions, self-pickup requested by the customer, or future delivery requested by the customer (refer to Courier Returns section below for more details), we will be notified and the item will be returned to our address: QikInk.com 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659.
Products Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements:
- Customer Mistakes: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where the customer makes a mistake, such as selecting the wrong size, color, or design.
- Change of Mind: Due to the custom-printed nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items you simply don’t want anymore.
Courier Returns:
If the courier company is unable to deliver the order and the shipping status is undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) due to any reason, it will be returned to our default address mentioned above. Here are a few reasons why your orders can be undelivered or RTO’ed:
- Pincode not serviceable
- COD amount not ready
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete address
- Customer refused delivery
- Poor weather conditions
- Self-pickup requested by the customer
- Future delivery requested by the customer
- Door/premises/office closed
Customer Returns:
Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandling by couriers.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 3 days after the expected delivery date. After this timeframe, you will bear re-printing charges.
- If you would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects, this would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
- If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Esos Store will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
Color Matching in DTG Printing:
We use CMYK ink colors to blend and create unique colors. Although we strive to use the most recent, high-quality color profiles for our printers and inks, color matching is suited for spot color printing and not process printing. Hence, there might be a slight difference between what you see on your screen and the actual product. If color matching is a concern, please ensure that you order test swatches to determine the proper RGB or CMYK color equivalent before placing your main order with us.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at support@esos.in or by WhatsApp at +91 844-566-1716 (if applicable).
To expedite the process, please include the following information in your request:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem with the product
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
- Unboxing video (if applicable for damaged/defective claims)
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at support@esos.in
Cancellations:
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@esos.in
If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
Shipping Costs:
- In cases of damaged or defective products, errors on our part, or undelivered packages (courier returns), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For customer mistakes or change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We Reserve the Right To:
- Limit refunds or replacements to a certain number per customer.
- Request proof of purchase (order number) before issuing a refund or replacement.
- Deny refund/replacement requests if the claim is submitted outside the specified timeframe (3 days for damaged/defective items, 3 days for lost packages).
